In condominium or strata property management, one of the fundamental accounting duties would be to issue invoices to all property unit owners on a recurring basis, usually quarterly.
Strataboss' powerful bulk invoicing capabilities allows you to generate, print and email large number of invoices easily.
In Strataboss, recurring amounts, to be charged to each property unit owner, are set at the start and are used for bulk invoice generations.
When it is time to generate invoices, just enter the start and end date of the billing period, click 'Preview' and click 'Generate Invoices'.
To email the invoices, just click ‘Email’.
The workload reduction is significant.
Example: For a condominium with 1,000 units:
- One click generates 1,000 invoices; and
- One click sends out 1,000 emails
